Missions & Challenges
- You will be the person responsible for promoting and protecting our corporate image and developing our brand and corporate identity.
- Building & implementing MWM corporate communications strategy
- __ for all territories (France, Europe, all users territories)
- __ for all populations
- __ defining our different communication tones
- __ implementing our messages about our values, ways of working, etc.
- Ensure public relations strategies for MWM
- __ identifying and organising speaking opportunities, partnerships & meetings with strategic partners
- __ strategic crafting of quotes, proactive & reactive statements, written interviews and briefs for MM’s stakeholders (up to C-level)
- Industry watch to ensure our corporate and employer brand footprints are positive and identify opportunities to comment news of our industry
- Protection of our brand with crisis communications strategies
- Agency day-to-day management and support for corporate and employer brand topics
About you
- French is your native language and you can spot a spelling mistake from kilometers away(e)You also have a very good level of English to write presentations and ensure speeches when needed
- You have significant experience in corporate communications and understand the issues at play for a dynamic and growing company like MWM
- You are organized and proactive
- You are a natural networker, do not hesitate to pick up the phone or to walk up to people at events
- You understand online content issues (you're able to create quality content that even Google enjoys reading) as well as feeling at ease in offline environments (TV sets, radio stations, events…)
- You are excited to contribute to a fast-moving company and demonstrate a genuine interest in the startup and tech industry
- You are great at prioritizing
- You have knowledge of the tech and FrenchTech environments in France and Europe
- You are innovative but also know how to handle feedbacks about your work
- You are always full of ideas - you are both inspired and inspire others
- You are ready to embody and support our ways of working and growing together (warrior notions especially)
- Agency experience is a plus
