The Senior Business Projects Manager will be the key link between Seller Partnership’s Leaders and their stakeholders focused on the SAM program(e)As a Senior Business Projects Manager, you will be responsible to launch the program and drive solutions by building collaborative relationships with various transversal teams and leadership(e)The SAM program is strategic for ManoMano development and will be key to redefine the role of the sellers account managers, the internal organization and processes, by testing and iterating(e)In the context of hypergrowth, we need to continuously have a greater impact for our sellers and in our team.

Your mission: lead the SAM program

  • Creating goals and related metrics, track progress and manage through obstacles to achieve your objectives,
  • Ensure visibility & tracking of the project’s advancement,
  • Gain support for your strategy and roadmap from stakeholders by writing narratives and influencing peers and senior leadership,
  • Dive deep on issues and come up with solutions, working with product teams for long-term implementation,
  • Addressing barriers through problem-solving and coordination with stakeholders,
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make trade-offs and balance the business needs versus technical constraint, 
  • Identify gaps and pain points in the existing processes and drive improvements,
  • Identify and analyze to isolate issues, test solutions and prioritize competing program opportunities,
  • Conceptualize and drive program changes,
  • Challenge the project management framework in line with the company one.

Profile Requirements:

  • Possess a strong business and analysis background, preferably from a top consultancy related to retail, and technology, and/or in-house in a strategy or business planning role at a leading related company,
  • Have a natural aptitude for translating data into insights, and the ability to define and influence new strategies based on these insights,
  • Manage stakeholders well, able to quickly build relationships and credibility, to collaborate with and advise others, and to navigate an organization to make things happen,
  • Have the ability to solve complex, cross-functional business problems while dealing with challenging deadlines and opposing priorities,
  • Be flexible and adaptable to manage varying demands of a fast-paced business, with a hands-on attitude and attention to the finest of detail,
  • Have strong quantitative analysis skills and proficiency in spreadsheet applications,
  • Have outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills,
  • Knowledge or eagerness to learn SQL is a plus,
  • University degree, MBA or Post-Graduate is a plus,
  • Several years of relevant experience in consultancy, strategy or Project management roles,
  • A thorough understanding of online & offline retail industry and technology companies,
  • A proven successful project management track record,
  • Fluent English is required(e)Additional languages are valued, especially French, German, Spanish or Italian,
  • This role reports to the Lead Program Manager of Seller Partnerships & New Services teams.
