Our team

The B2B sales team mission is to provide support both technical and digital to make sure our Pro clients buy easily on our platform and develop a repeat purchase habit(e)The B2B sales team is composed of country sales managers (1 for France, 1 for Southern Europe) and their agents (~50) and a transversal support team in charge of performance, quality, training, tools and process.  

Your mission? 

Be a part of a new ManoMano adventure: the launch of ManoManoPro in Northern Europe! Build the Sales Team in the UK starting from March 2022, in Germany at the end of 2022 and make human support the cornerstone of our ManoManoPro customer experience(e)You will be reporting to the B2B Senior Lead Sales and will manage a growing team of sales dedicated to UK and German market.

Position based in Paris, Bordeaux or in full remote from France.

Missions :

The Sales team is key to make the difference versus our online competitors(e)Your team will be in constant contact with our Pro customers, giving them technical advice on our specialities: plumbing, sanitary, heating, electricity, toolings, etc.

Be the voice of our English and German customers and make our ManoManoPro UK and Germany grow!

Build and grow the sales team in UK and Germany:

  • Recruit top sales profiles with a good knowledge of Pro, their specialities and expertise on our specialities
  • Make them grow: as a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the development of your team’s skills: you will share all the technicals skills needed on our specialties and give personalized coaching to help them grow as Sales professionals

Build and develop relationships with our outsourcing partners in UK and Germany:

  • Be responsible for excellent SLA through agent performance and capacity planning
  • Monitor quality audits carried out by our quality analysts
  • Support our partners on day to day requests (trainings, tool usage, HQ news)

Monitor and develop the performance of the Sales Team through KPIs follow up:

  • Monitor the productivity and the results of the team, to generate sales
  • Make sure our team gives the best quality of support to customers who reach out to us, to maximize satisfaction of our Pro and stimulate repurchase
  • Implement new activities and generate additional results (for instance through outbound calls, hot leads, etc.)

Preferred experience :

  • 2 to 5 years degree 
  • 4-6 years of experience, including 2 years of management 
  • Strong sales experience 
  • Data skills, business oriented 
  • 100% customer centric
  • Good digital culture
  • English and German native (French is a plus)
  • Autonomous and adaptable (able to work in a constantly changing environment)
  • Team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good writing and communication skills
