Operations Intern

We are looking for an Operations Intern to join us on our growth journey in Paris(e)The successful candidate will gain operational experience across chauffeur acquisition, chauffeur engagement and chauffeur retention.

Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, you will have a hands-on approach and support the French team to become the fastest growing markets within the company.

Responsibilities

• Optimise the recruitment funnel to attract high quality chauffeurs.
• Analyse KPIs to improve the chauffeur recruitment pipeline.
• Support existing quality processes to maintain our exacting standards.
• Work on the execution of chauffeur retention initiatives.
• Provide ideas for new processes and continually improve existing ones.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate fluently in French and English.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and successfully balance priorities.
• Ability to create, maintain, enter, analyse and act upon data that drives business performance.
• Willingness to take ownership of deliverables in a fast-paced culture.
