Wheely sets the bar in global chauffeuring standards and it will be your job to bring the best chauffeurs onto our platform in France(e)You will be responsible for filling the seats of our industry-leading chauffeur accreditation at the Wheely Academy in Paris(e)You will need to understand what motivates prospective chauffeurs and how you can harness this in order to drive up chauffeur first journeys(e)To this end, you will communicate with chauffeurs online/offline and provide actionable data insight.

Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager for France, you will have a hands-on approach to meet this challenge and support the French team to become the fastest growing market within the company.

Responsibilities

What your day-to-day includes:

  • Execute chauffeur recruitment in France across online and offline channels.
  • Develop and optimise the recruitment funnel to attract and convert high quality chauffeurs.
  • Analyse key performance metrics to build a constant chauffeur recruitment pipeline.
  • Develop a strong relationship with our chauffeurs through empathy and influence.
  • Problem-solve chauffeur barriers to working with Wheely.
  • Work with the team to provide ideas for new processes and continually improve existing ones.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing startup role.
  • Passion for exceptional customer service, high quality standards and paying attention to detail.
  • Data proficiency to provide actionable insights which drive continuous business performance.
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to communicate and influence.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and successfully balance priorities.
