As Office Manager in Paris, you will be responsible for creating an exciting and positive working environment for our 360Learners(e)You will ensure smooth operations for all employees, including full-time remote workers, which make up 70% of our staff(e)You will also initiate fun team experiences to bring people together, no matter where they are(e)Last but not least, you will create an action plan for a more sustainable, green workplace. 

You will report to the Head of HR EMEA and work closely with our Employee Engagement Manager(e)Based in Paris, your office presence will be required 4 days a week.

Within 1 month, you will:

  • meet the team
  • discover the Manoir, our incredible office in the 16th arrondissement of Paris
  • learn how to work in Convexity, our corporate culture
  • define your roadmap and OKRs

Within 3 months, you will:

  • become familiar with all our vendors’ services, terms, and renewals
  • ensure the efficient functioning of the office (supplies, safety procedures, etc)
  • guarantee a positive experience to new joiners and leavers alike

Within 6 months, you will:

  • Terminate contracts with ineffective vendors
  • renegotiate existing new contract 
  • start your action plan for Green initiatives, to reduce our carbon footprint

Within 12 months, you will:

  • connect 360Learners across the world with our Employee Engagement Manager
  • fully embed zero carbon, zero waste, and zero water into our work environment

The Skills Set

  • 2+ years in office management, employee experience, client support or events management including  some experience in a fast-growing  business 
  • self-starter, desire to make our office feel like home
  • proven ability to prioritize and organize
  • service oriented
  • problem-solving
  • fluent in French and English B2 level or equivalent
