As our Motion & Brand Designer, you’ll be joining the new Brand & Content team and working with most teams at Snapshift(e)Your role will be to turn Snapshift into the leading HR brand for SMBs, and help turn complicated topics (HR, social and employment laws) into something approachable(e)Through strong videos and storytelling, you’ll support all facets of the business: content, product marketing, social media, HR, CSM, events...

Missions
As Motion & Brand Designer, you’ll:
- Create animated visuals to elevate our brand based on its visual guidelines
- Handle video creation from A to Z: story boarding, graphic design, animation, editing, export
- Collaborate with the brand team (content, design, social media & video) to find the best ways to communicate our messages
- Produce animated visuals for our marketing, sales, customer success & HR teams
- Support our product and feature launches with video explainers
- Produce animated graphics for our online and physical events
- Produce compelling editorial video stories adapted to various channels (socials, youtube, DOOH) and international markets
- Create static visuals from time to time to support our brand designer
- Benchmark and research new animated creative concepts in line with the latest design trends and in our visual identity
- Contribute to our brand building and management by ensuring high quality and consistency across channels
- Create a motion design system within our brand design system to provide ressources to other teams ensuring speed, agility, and consistency
- Develop templates for our recurring video formats that will be used by our video manager

What we’re looking for
- A strong and varied portfolio is the main thing we’re looking for: you have a track record of creating content for social media, product videos, potentially a YouTube channel, HR branding...
- You’re obviously super creative, but also rigorous and precise
- You master After Effects, Premiere Pro and any graphic design tool (Figma is a plus)
- You’re a fan of tech and are always looking at new plugins or software to test
- You know what it’s like working in a startup, and ideally have worked with a SMB or B2C target audience
- You’re autonomous & organised
- We’re going abroad! English would be a nice plus.

Step 3 : Video skill test
Step 4 : Culture fit interview (CEO, Head of Marketing)
