Missions

Being a Customer Care at Snapshift means :

- To be a product expert,
- To handle customer requests via online chat and phone,
- To accompany customers as they learn to use our application and to ensure their satisfaction,
- To participate in the resolution of bugs (tests, creation of tickets, follow-up...) in conjunction with the internal teams,
- To participate in the improvement of our teaching materials (update of the online guide, design of training videos),
- To work with the product team in order to improve our application and user experience,
- To take an active part in our processes’ reflection

Your assignments may change over time. 


Looking for

You are the one we need, though :

Autonomous and proactive, you are able to adapt to a dynamic and demanding environment.

Your rigorous and organised nature, your team spirit and your sens of service enable you to help customers effectively in all situations.

Your spelling is impeccable (even when you have to write fast because on the chat, it is not forgiving).

You are interested in HR issues and are comfortable with calculations (we often get out our calculators to check our clients' payrolls).

You like to learn, you have a good sense of synthesis and you are able to quickly familiarise yourself with the company's processes.
