Set the vision, drive the roadmap & your team
Be responsible for affiliation & media partnerships vision & goal-setting, planning, spend-setting and team growth, in our 5 countries
Lead the team and motivate her to meet its goals and contribute to ManoMano business growth, both for B2C & B2B clients
You will also explore & test new marketing channels such as Pinterest & Youtube, with a strong focus on performance & ROI.

Development of the business volume & partners network
Build a strong & growing network of partnerships & affiliates business providers
Build loyalty in the ManoMano affiliate community and increase the average revenue per affiliate
Drive negotiation and launch of special deals with Top publishers & key partnerships.
Define an action plan to recruit at scale affiliates & media partners, optimize the activation rate of our network.
Drive POC on social media channels to prove & activate the business potential of such media.

Work in collaboration across different departments
Actively participate in the growth of affiliation in Europe by relying on the expertise of our ManoMano Country Managers (Spain, Italy, Germany and UK) & Catalog team (always looking for the best deals to promote!)
Detecting trends, adapting communication, organizing market events to attract top partners internationally.

Explore, test & learn
Contribute to the test & learn roadmap , with a focus on enhanced on strategic audiences, creative and offer optimization
Design POC & Test on new marketing channels, but with a clear focus on ROI & business performance.

Management of a team of Traffic Managers, hyper growth business & creative mindset, 
Helping the team to grow, supervising and guiding them in a climate of care and growth is a challenge that you want to take up!
 

Who you are

  • 5+yrs business experience in partnership marketing and/or actively managing channel(s) to target prospects(e)Affiliate marketing experience strongly preferred.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages considered a bonus
  • Strong analytical skills: you are very comfortable performing data analysis and making data-driven decisions
  • Excellent interpersonal, listening, relationship building and negotiations skills
  • Growth and innovation mindset: always challenge the statu quo and test new ideas
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously and drive solutions to complex problems
  • Strong sense of accountability and decisiveness in a strong work ethic culture
