JOB SUMMARY

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to join our Marketing x Brand team at OCUS(e)In this role, you’ll help bring together all the threads of our story and weave coherent narratives across multiple platforms to raise awareness of OCUS’ revenue initiatives, product releases, client marketing actions, and employer branding pieces(e)We’re looking for someone who knows how to use social not (just) to fire out metric raising material, but to actually tell a coherent cross-platform story that people want to follow – whether it’s thinking about how we can use a tech blog post to support client pain points or how to optimize a photographer feature.

Objective:

Foster growth in the OCUS revenue scope by weaving together coherent narratives across multiple social platforms(e)This is done by raising awareness of OCUS’ revenue initiatives, product releases, client marketing actions, and employer branding pieces. 

Here’s a breakdown of where we’d love some of your expertise to help us improve:

  • Forward-thinking - Identify and experiment with new growth strategies and ideas for new projects and be able to present these in a compelling way to revenue senior stakeholders
  • Creativity - Create, schedule, and analyze all the social media posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, & YouTube (experience with Tik Tok is a plus)
  • Voice & Tone - Embody the OCUS voice and tone in every tweet, update, and conversation
  • Tracking - Be data-informed about what’s working on social and what’s not
  • Collaboration - Work along side revenue teams to define the right approach to meet the set objectives - then carry out those objectives
  • SMA - Experience with social media advertising or account-based marketing strategies is a plus

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy
  • Define the most important social media KPIs
  • Manage and oversee social media content
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Use social media marketing tools such as Sprout, Buffer, or Hootsuite

  • KPIs reporting → via Sprout/Looker
  • B2B & B2C Social Media Content creation
  • Market research
  • SMA Account-Based Marketing strategies

REQUIREMENTS

  • >1 year former experience in a similar position
  • Maintains excellent writing and English language skills (fluency in another language is also a plus)
  • Native/English full proficiency
  • Former experience working in social media or in digital marketing
  • Strong knowledge of growing social media strategies
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Strong presentation and speaking skills
  • Ability to provide (and receive) constructive feedback
  • Effective time management skills
  • Proactive
  • Team spirit
  • Nice to have: Photography, Videography, and Graphic design skills ****(Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
