JOB SUMMARY
At OCUS, the General Administration (Finance) team is responsible for driving the financial strategy of OCUS, ensuring the proper management of accounting and monitoring performance(e)Your role will be decisive, diversified and transversal.
In the finance department where team members are coming from the professional services companies (Big 4) and large groups, you will report to the Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Manager and be a key point of contact for different internal stakeholders: Revenue Team, Operations Team, Finance Team, Top management - in order to analyze, pilot and support the departments in the achievement of OCUS’s financial objectives.
Business Analysis:
- Assist the Financial Planning & Analysis division in developing models that drive strategic business decisions.
- Create dashboards to track activity & performance
- Follow up on these performances with the different teams on a daily/monthly/quarterly basis.
- Support FP&A on project management issues, help accelerate sales and financial performance (Forecast, Gross Margin, Net Margin...)

- Discovered new tools: Spendesk, Salesforce, Miro, Trello & others

REQUIREMENTS
Profile:
? You are a student with a 4/5 year degree in accounting/finance; from a business school, DCG, master CCA, DSCG or other schools, university equivalent
? You have a first experience in accounting, management control or audit
? You are at ease in a constantly changing environment
? You are fluent in English, written and spoken
? You are at ease with Excel
? You like to investigate and find solutions to the issues you encounter
? You are proactive and autonomous
