JOB SUMMARY
OCUS is looking for a KAM Junior. As a member of the KAM team, you will help to lead medium accounts, to support the KAM team on meetings preparation and manage accounts and projects within organisation.
- Analyse data inputs - trends, gaps, drivers for trends, relate data with key actions to drive client behaviour and partnerships.
- Problem solving and support the product improvement for the accounts.
- Work with marketing to prepare KAM deck templates, create and organise standard operating procedures.
- Manage commercial requests and requests for support escalation from our Scale Accounts.
- Assist KAM preparing data reports for weekly client calls(e)and meetings (face to face).
REQUIREMENTS
Profile:
? You are a student with a 4/5 year degree in commerce; from a business school, DCG, master CCA, DSCG or other schools, university equivalent
? You have previous experience in Sales or Customer Success
? You are at ease in a constantly changing environment
? You are fluent in English, written and spoken
? You are comfortable manipulating and analysing data to infer trends
? You like to investigate and find solutions to the issues you encounter
? You are proactive and autonomous
