JOB SUMMARY
At OCUS, the General Administration (Finance) team is responsible for driving the financial strategy of OCUS, ensuring the proper management of accounting and monitoring performance(e)Your role will be decisive, diversified and transversal.
In the finance department where team members are coming from the professional services companies (Big 4) and large groups, you will report to the Financial Manager and be a key point of contact for different internal stakeholders: Revenue Team, Operations Team, Finance Team, Top management - in order to analyze, pilot and support the departments in the achievement of OCUS’s financial objectives.
Finance & Accounting:
- Ensure the proper circulation of customer information on our internal networks
- Manage customer invoicing in France and abroad
- Analyse clients' profitability
- Participate in the strengthening of cost accounting
- Control and monitoring of the budgets of the France, US and Asia teams.
- Participate in monthly reports and analyse KPIs (turnover, gross margin, net margin)
- Reinforce on various cross-functional accounting missions
- Answer questions related to all OCUS teams
Business Analysis:
- Help the Senior Business Analyst develop models that guide strategic business decisions.
- Dashboard creation to track activity and performance(e)Monitor these performances on a monthly/quarterly basis.
- Strategic planning, business development, sales innovation(e)Be in support of the Business Analyst on project management topics, help accelerate sales and business performance.

- Master the main Accounting and Business Analisys tools (notably Excel & Quadra)
- Discovered new tools: Spendesk, Salesforce, Miro, Trello & others
- Developed increased skills in managing national and international clients
- Developed cross-functional financial skills (income statement analysis, WCR monitoring...)
- Developed skills in business analysis
REQUIREMENTS
Profile:
- You are a student with a 4/5 year degree in accounting/finance; from a business school, DCG, master CCA, DSCG or other schools, university equivalent
- You have a first experience in accounting, management control or audit
- You are at ease in a constantly changing environment
- You are fluent in English, written and spoken
- You are at ease with Excel
- You like to investigate and find solutions to the issues you encounter
- You are proactive and autonomous
