About the role
We are seeking an IT Support Intern to join our IT Support team located in the Paris office(e)
Your mission will be to perpetuate and optimize the company's productivity by maintaining and developing the office IT equipment used by our teams on a daily basis (~500 employees worldwide).
You will work on interesting technologies (Google Workspace, Okta SSO, Microsoft 0365 administration) and you will have the chance to work in an international dynamic team, and collaborate daily with other departments (Development, BI, DevOps…)
What you will be doing
- Helping with set up and pre-configure the laptops (PC/MAC) for new joiners (administer internal accounts and set up internal tools)
- Act as a support, managing users requests through JIRA
- Intervene in the event of an incident (assistance of all Ogurians, located worldwide)
- Manage and install IT equipment (printers, video conference…)
- You will be involved in the IT Projects (Security, App improvements..)
About you
- Good communicator, you like to assist users and solve problems.
- Passionate about picking up new knowledge and learning about new tools.
- Previous experience with system administration (Windows and Mac OS) is a plus.
- Basic networking skills
- Familiar with hardware and periphery maintenance and troubleshooting
