We also build the HR framework that can guide our employees throughout their path at MM. As a senior HRBP, you will experience both the operational side, close to the field in supporting our people and the project side, developing strategic tools and policies at the service of our vision.

  • As an ambassador of our culture and values, you are proactive about all HR topics at the service of our organisation
  • You support our beloved employees to ensure their development and well-being at all stages during their ManoMano journey 
  • As a recognized expert, you take responsibility to coach our managers and our leaders on all talent topics : 
  • career development and training
  • performance management
  • legal and disciplinary
  • compensation & benefit...
  • You are an key actor of our development ambition in managing the run and follow-up of all our HR campaigns (annual increase, talent review, promotion committee…)
  • You participate in the evolution of our talent strategy in taking the lead of our transversal projects (workshops, development tools, performance topics...)

Preferred Experience

  • For this key role in our organisation, we are looking for a five star professional, expert in his field and passionate about people topics
  • With more than 8 years of experience, you have been successful in an HRBP role in a previous job
  • You are capable to support managers with employment law topics
  • You have been responsible for strategic HR project with solid results of delivery in a changing environment
  • You can interact smoothly and efficiently at all level in the organisation
  • You see yourself in our three values : care, ingenuity, boldness 
  • Fluent english is mandatory because of our international population and conversational french
  • Relevant experience within global, international and multiple sites environments
  • Relevant experience with tech populations challenges (scarcity, retention, development, expertise...)
