Within the People Department and reporting directly to the HR Director Operations, you will :
Coach our managers and our leaders on all talent-related topics : career development and training, performance management, legal and disciplinary, compensation & benefits
Run our HR campaigns (talent reviews, promotion committee…)
Champion our culture (ingenuity, care, boldness) to our talents everywhere
Support our managers and employees daily to ensure their development and well-being at all stages during their ManoMano journey
Contribute in our transversal projects to improve our tools and practices
PROFILE
- Contribute in our transversal projects to improve our tools and practices
- You have been successful in an HRBP role in a previous job
- You are capable of supporting managers with employment law topics
- You can interact smoothly and efficiently at all level in the organization
- You see yourself in our three values : care, ingenuity, boldness
- Fluent english as daily interaction with international population
- Ideally experience with sales populations
