Within the HR team and reporting to the HR Director “Operations & Finance/Legal”, you will be responsible for rolling-out the People Agenda, being a trusted business partner for the leaders in your scope and ensuring a great employee experience.
In this context, your main missions for a dedicated scope will be :
Support our managers and employees daily to ensure their development and well-being at all stages during their ManoMano journey (regular meeting to ensure the coverage and ad-hoc meetings when needed)
Provide advice and coach our managers and our leaders on talent-related topics : career development and training, performance management, legal and disciplinary, compensation & benefits
Leverage on Data and population coverage to set up specific action plan in order to develop the engagement and/or the performance
Run our HR campaigns (annual increase, talent reviews, promotion committees, learning plan…) in collaboration with the Talent
Development Program Manager
Identify within the teams the topics requiring your assistance and HR projects that would benefit your internal stakeholders
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process cycle for specific positions in scope (from brief with hiring managers, hunting, interviewing to extension of offer to candidates), acting as a business partner to hiring managers and training them to our best practices.
Contribute to transversal projects in Talent Development and/or Talent Acquisition to improve our tools and practices
Profile & Requirement
- Ideally 4/6 years as HRBP, or strong background in another people role with first insights on HRBP role
- Understanding and being able to perform all major talent processes (learning, talent reviews, annual increases campaign), with the help from subject matter experts or managers in complex situations topics.
- Good knowledge of sales populations would be a great plus !
- First basics in labour law allowing to provide simple advice to managers on day-to-day people management.
- Ability to take charge of small scale projects related to his/her population
- English fluent
