About the role

Ogury is hiring a Head of Sales and Supply Operations to join our team(e)The Sales Operations team’s objective is to support the business in four major pillars : Analytics, Strategy, Process, and Performance(e)As a crucial part of the team, this individual will have the ability to lead the development of many initiatives and help the organisation scale efficiently(e)Acting as a trusted advisor to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), this role is to help tackle strategic and operational challenges by providing insightful recommendations supported with a data driven approach. 


Responsibilities

  • Define and implement sales methodologies, continually improve cross-functional processes, and provide data-driven recommendations to maximise sales efficiency and support outstanding execution.
  • Develop process, systems, and productivity metrics to ensure our teams are hitting their performance targets
  • Use metrics, insights, and EQ to help the Sales Ops team be successful
  • Incorporate early detection and identification into the process to ensure timely actions are taken
  • Evolve the methods and tools to measure, report, and recommend improvements on sales effectiveness and enablement
  • Build a robust analytical base and help establish KPIs for making data-driven decisions on everything from territory design, quota assignment, sales targets, performance measurement, compensation planning, and dashboards to helping lead quarterly/yearly planning cycles
  • Able to drive projects to completion and organise work for self and the teams
  • Sustain execution and sense of urgency in the work processes
  • Ensure all areas of the sales process function at a high level of excellence, removing roadblocks and helping create scalable and efficient operations for sales team members
  • Role will operate in a dynamic environment where cross-functional collaboration is required, to create solutions to changing business needs and manage integration of acquired organisations into overall Company processes and systems
  • Be a trusted advisor to Sales Leadership and deliver the operational support their business strategy requires
  • Support sales leaders with the development of reports and dashboards
  • Ensure sales processes are well-defined, documented and supported by Salesforce to ensure adherence by the global sales organisation
  • Ensure team maintains a regular cadence of data audits and system hygiene
  • Collaborating closely with CRO, VP of Sales, Regional Sales Managers and FP&A to ensure increased process efficiency, improve sales and company performance and build bridges between the sales operations team and other departments

Your Background

  • Around 8 years experience within sales operations
  • Proven ability to shape and lead globally distributed teams
  • Ability to attract, hire and develop outstanding talent
  • Well organized, strong communication skills and ability to manage and influence direct and indirect reports with high motivation for continuous improvement and ability to drive impact and change
  • Proven ability to establish strategic, high-impact initiatives, defining performance indicators and operational focus
  • Experience working cross-functionally at multiple levels of the organization including executives, to create processes, solve problems and develop strategies
  • Strategic thinking around sales, marketing, and customer success by using data-driven insights to create plans of action
  • A forward thinker, the ability to solve complex problems and articulate the root cause and recommended solutions
  • A strong ability to address current-day challenges and account for what is needed now and in the future
  • Advanced operational modeling skills are a must
  • Can proactively “slice and dice” data in multiple ways to detect conclusive patterns
  • Emotional intelligence to have genuine and respectful conversations when it comes to incentive compensation and other feedback
  • Executive presence and polish with the ability to work and communicate at the executive level while still staying hands-on with the sales, post-sales, and FP&A
