Our 20 people Product team comprises Group Product Managers and Product Managers(e)Group Product Managers coach their group of 3-4 Product Managers(e)Product Managers work in squads with a Product Designer and 3 to 6 Software Engineers on an ambitious roadmap.  

To secure the delivery of our ambitious Product vision, we are recruiting a Group Product Manager who will coach the Product Managers of the “Collaborative Learning” Group, in charge of delivering a powerful engagement loop between learners and content creators on our platform(e)

Group Product Managers are the guarantors of a strong and consistent vision for their group and are active contributors to the scaling of the Product Team.

Within 1 month, you will:

  • Become a Trello expert through our onboarding process
  • Understand our product offering through training
  • Meet the global team through virtual coffee meets and happy hour
  • Understand the day to day of a Product Manager at 360Learning
  • Get a good understanding of your Product Managers’ roadmaps’ stakes

Within 3 months, you will:

  • Attend customer discoveries
  • Write the first quarterly OKRs of your Group
  • Coach and support the Product Managers of your Group in the delivery of their vision
  • Attend high-level meeting with Revenue execs and C-level to discuss the impact of your roadmap on the business

Within 6 months, you will:

  • Become a subject matter expert for any topic related to your Group’s product roadmap and vision
  • Partner with other key stakeholders like other Group Product Managers and leadership from Revenue, Design and Engineering teams
  • Be accountable for your group’s performance against target KPIs
  • Be accountable for your group’s quarterly OKRs
  • Coach and support the Product Managers of your Group in their Career development

The Skills Set

  • Driving product vision into delivered products and solutions
  • Experience managing a Product Roadmap (prioritizing and negotiating, clarifying requirements, defining MVPs, developing roadmaps)
  • Proven impact working in a startup, scale up or consulting firm
  • Demonstrated ability to work with engineering and Product Management teams to discuss technical concepts, make tradeoffs to remove roadblocks, and evaluate new ideas
  • Experience in managing complex problems involving multiple technical and business stakeholders
  • Team spirit and good communications skills, including the ability to communicate solutions effectively to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Leadership and conflict resolution skills necessary
  • Experience in coaching, managing and recruiting Product Managers is a definite plus
  • Enthusiasm for our product
  • Working proficiency in English (level B2 or equivalent)
