About the role :
We are looking for a Finance Manager to act as abusiness partner to the publishing team as well as managing the monthly accounting relating to the publisher cycle.
What you will be doing
- Monitoring and analyzing the approved publishing business unit budget.
- Monitoring and analyzing the pipeline of incentives deals
- Monitoring the performance of current incentive deals particularly
- Minimum Revenue Guarantees to anticipate future loss if expected
- Updating FP&A Teams weekly hiring forecast
- Headline figures and analysis presentation to the Head of Publishing on a monthly basis.
- Finance process training and documentation for publishing team
- Identifying and implementing process improvement projects
- Month end process
- Assisting with audit queries related to publishing business unit costs, including but not limited to IAS 37 Onerous Contracts and TAC costs
- Group Finance team for accounting accuracy and queries as well as Netsuite guidance and projects
- FP&A for budgets and reforecasts, allocation of TAC and hiring forecasts
- POD – for any product improvements related to the publisher lifecycle
