THE ROLE
We are looking for a talented and passionate engineering manager to help us bring value to our customers with the best quality, at the lowest cost, as fast as possible.
As a manager of a team of full-stack software engineers, you will establish clear goals and help the team succeed using accountability and coaching(e)
You will act both as a technical mentor and as an individual coach to foster the growth of every team member(e)You will be an enabler for effective cross-team communication, helping your team work with the product and data teams.
?Responsibilities
- Coach your team members, establishing clear goals and holding them accountable
- Build a work environment where your team members will thrive
- Support your team in building web applications from beginning to end (architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, support)
- Support your team in maintaining a robust and scalable infrastructure
- Continuously work on improving the team standards
- Hire future team members

?Requirements
- You can communicate clearly in both written and oral form
- You can provide constructive feedback on your teammates' performance
- You can write maintainable production and test code
- You are smart and get things done
- You have at least 3 years of experience as a software engineer
- You have at least one management experience
