TEAM :
The front-and-bo is a core team which is involved in 3 domains
It is responsible for technical core features of our E-commerce website(e)The team develops low level components which are widely consumed by all the pages of the site(e)We are committed to providing the best developer experience possible.
The team is also owner of several services like the AB-test and the Digital assets management and we configure CDN rules in order to manage cache and http redirections.
Finally, the team provides to all dev teams at manomano a bunch of tools and support in order to ease the development of internal backoffices.
You will join a growing team of 5 developers (9 dev as target) in order to run and build new technical features consumed by all the manomano developers.
MISSION :
As a Engineering Lead you will have to :
- Manage a team of 5 to 10 people
- Lead the team’s projects and be responsible for delivery and roadmap
- Assimilate business context and company expectations to be creative and relevant
- Support your team in order to find best technical solutions about architecture
- Communicate outside the team about project advancement
Requirements :
- At least 7 years of experiences in development
- Excellent knowledge on web architecture (SPA, Isomorphic web app, CDN, Caching, REST APIs, microservices)
- A first experience in management
- Team spirit, willing to help wherever it is needed.
- Fluent in english
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Taste for continuous improvement, with a strong desire to test, experiment and share better solutions.
