Background & Missions

In the CRM team, and directly reporting to the Lead CRM, you will be immersed in a pole that is key to ManoMano's growth: you will have different interactions with others team (customer service, product, brand, sourcing, IT…)
Your main objectives are to dynamise the relationship between ManoMano and each customer through design, concept, manage and optimize interactions (Email, SMS, Push Notification).


Your missions: 
 
Activation / Animation of the database : 
- Manage CRM campaigns for FR : Schedule and manage content in collaboration with sourcing, communication team, UX and Product team.
- Test different channels to engage our customers
- Increase the personalized content on different touchpoints that contribute to a better customer experience.

Customer Retention : 
- Define and implement several 360° customer journey automation(e)(Email, SMS, Push web Notification, App Notification, Audience, Etc…)

Strategy and analysis : 
- Manage customer database (check the database health, # database qualification)
- Data Exploration to optimize our segmentation and create audiences in collaboration with the data engineering team. 
- Contribute to build customer life cycle.

Profile Requirement

  • Bac + 5 graduated from a Great Business School / Engineering School / other (or equivalent university education)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience on a similar job (already used Selligent or equivalent adobe campaigns)
  • Good Database / SQL skills
  • Good technical knowledge
  • Creative / Innovative
  • Good digital culture
  • 100% customer oriented (or prefer customer centric)
  • Data Driven
  • Autonomous and adaptable (able to work in a constantly changing environment)
  • Curious (with) a strong desire to learn
  • Team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Appetence DIY / Gardening by position
  • Leader, able to lead carry ambitious projects
