SCOPE & CHALLENGES
We are looking for an apprentice to join ManoMano’s corporate communication team(e)Your work will have an impact on global corporate footprint, in France and abroad by supporting our team work and teams across the company to help deliver the best communication strategies.
Your main tasks will include:
Monitor emerging topics
- Monitor relevant news at European level to ensure our corporate footprint is positive.
- Catch new angles and emerging themes that ManoMano can comment and own for its external communications.
Press relations and thought leadership
- Drive daily interaction with the PR agency in France (and support to other countries) to bound on all opportunities, draft press releases and organise interviews.
- Identify and organise speaking opportunities and awards applications in France and in support of other countries (Spain, Italy, UK and Germany).
- Draft and lead briefing documents and presentations for all spokepersons with up-to-date key figures and messages.
- Collaborate on strategic crafting of quotes and written interviews.
Editorial and content
- Take in charge of corporate LinkedIn editorial and posting strategy for France with transversal interactions with the other teams to ensure we cover all department's news.
- Work closely with studio team to ensure the best ManoMano and evolution of corporate look and feel.
- Write articles and new contents monthly to fuel the news section on corporate website.
Ideal start: Summer or September 2022 for 1 year
Background
- Following a Master’s degree in communication, PR and/or institutional / public affairs / political sciences.
Skills
- Someone enthusiastic and passionate about communications with the ability to work in a global team with a fast-paced environment.
- Best in class French and English communication skills with excellent writing and editing skills, including by leading interviews to draft web articles, press releases, social media posts.
- Ability to build and maintain good working relationships with a wide variety of spokespersons, including top level executives.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with autonomy and results-driven mindset.
