Role: Traffic Manager
Location: Paris
ROLE MISSION
Working in partnership with our client the Traffic Manager role is to service our client’s various content production, and requests range from video production and post-production, to static social posts, to hero images and content for web (static and dynamic).

A strong understanding of digital, social content, production and post production is as essential as the experience to manage projects of all sizes and complete them with resourcefulness and dedication.
ABOUT THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING
You will based on - site
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE
- Managing and documenting the triage process for new projects(focus on Social content, Editorial, Motion Graphic and Production)
- Decision maker of where and how work is funnelledthrough the Studio and wider agency.
- Assigning a Job owner and or Project Lead.
- Manage and advise on kick off meetings for all projects.
- Managing daily / weekly WIP meetings with the on-site team.
- Weekly meeting with key clients.
- Produce agency report and follow up with clients.
- Managing workflow for the onsite studio.
- Managing resource utilization and liaising with Central resource teams for peaks in volume of work / utilizing skillsets not available onsite.
- Ensure that the onsite team have all required resources and equipment.
- Responsible for onboarding any new team members.
- Ensuring all team members are adhere to the client's processes and guidelines.
- Ensure timesheet is regularly filled-in by each team member every week.
- Regular status run with business support team such as HR, finance and resource team.
- Report into Frenchmanagement team on all account operational topics and status

- Excellent knowledges and background on Luxury brands
- Excellent client engagement skills with the ability and confidence to liaise with Senior client stakeholders
- Experience in working as part of a team to deliver high quality work that is on time and within budget
- Experience in prioritizing and effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Highly adaptable to new procedures & systems, and ensuring that these systems are adhered to
- Strong attention to detail and a passion to make sure quality control procedures are adhered to
- Thrives in an environment of continual feedback
- Ability to work independently and prioritize under tight deadline and/or with interruptions, to
- produce accurate results within quick turnaround times
- Calm and collective
- Actively listens, requests clarification when needed
- Consistent willingness to go above and beyond for project deliverables, as well as one’s own development
