MISSIONS
- Compensation & Benefits :
- Oversee administration of annual short and long term incentive and merit adjustment processes from budget inception through delivery to employee
- Define and write C&B process and policies
- Manage market pricing activities including job matching, data analytics, and job pricing, including analysis of bonus and long-term incentive compensation practices and staffing trends
- Design the basic compensation structures in the organisation (grading system, job evaluation system, job description policy, promotion policy, etc) aligned with the corporate culture and the corporate values
- Prepare budgets, reports, and presentations
- Plan, lead and execute on the analysis and modeling of compensation and job leveling activities
- Manage relationship with benefits brokers to ensure the benefits are market competitive and cost efficient
- Dashboard and HR Data reporting :
- Ensure the quality of social data
- Develop HR management tools, data analysis and visualization tools
- Owner of the HRIS regarding aspects of compensation & benefits and HR data
- Set up the indicators and share them with all internal stakeholders
- Management of one HR data analyst
PROFILE
- University degree or equivalent experience required.
- A minimum of 8 years of compensation experience in a fast-paced and international environment
- Strong ability to define and write process and policies
- Analytical, research and problem-solving skills and project management skills
- Ability to approach work with a process orientation, exercise good judgment and communicate effectively with all those employed by the organization.
- Strong written and oral communication and interaction skills are required
- Advanced skills in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently and proactively
- Succesfactor experience is a plus
