You wake up every morning sharing the business vision with the product team and expressing the business and market needs into product requirements(e)You define the CRM product roadmap and you are the master of data flows and usescases !
Deep inside, you are all at once : a business analyst, and tech-lover and a good communicator who is constantly looking for the right tools, features and datas for ManoMano teams.
Your main tasks will include:
- Management and evolution of the portfolio of CRM tools
- Be the business referent of the product team, and co-buiding the backlog with the Product Manager(e)You are responsible for business priorities, deadlines and KPIs
- Supervise the implementation of functionalities according to business needs and priorities in close collaboration with the IT teams
- Test and iterate on use cases until the objectives are reached
- Run usecases in production to meet business objectives
- Manage and ensure cross-product / roadmap monitoring: risk management, identification of opportunities
- Be the technical and functional referent on the different products to guarantee the business vision
- Make continuous improvement on products by taking a close interest in the market trends, in collaboration with tech teams and by guaranteeing business needs(e)
- Test & document the usescases put in place

Requirements - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Background :
- Higher degree in computer science, business school, engineering or equivalent;
- Minimum experience of 5 years
- Major experience related to CRM tools (Selligent, Batch, Tinyclues, Sinch, Splio…)
Required Skills :
- Knowledge of IT environments (infrastructure, architecture, ...) + Experience with APIs
- English imperative: some of the teams do not speak French
- Understanding of CRM and retail business issues
- Mastery of tools and marketing automation
Skills :
- Leadership and ability to animate and manage a wide range of stakeholders across a large and complex organisation
- Deep understanding of CRM tools and technical stack (data flows…)
- Masterize Html + CSS A strong analytical, clearly structured & detail-oriented mindset with a passion for constant optimizationFull autonomy in problem solving
- The ability to synthesise and explain problems, analyses and solutions
- SQL knowledge is a plus
