As part of our Key Account Management team you will strive to build and nurture strong long-term relationships with our partners in Europe and North America(e)You will guide top-tier retailers and brands by consulting them on their digital advertisement and drive-to-store strategy in our Stocard app to help them get the most out of our channel(e)You are not only a strategic partner, but an essential hub between retailers and our sales teams, as well as tech teams(e)Your strong entrepreneurial mind and excellent client orientation is what drives you(e)Leave your footprint in a fast-paced and international environment to actively grow our business together with us!
Role and Responsibilities
- Manages multiple accounts, develops your own accounts and identifies opportunities for expanding relationships.
- Works closely with our Sales teams in in Europe and North America to engage top-tier retailers and brands.
- Consults and guides leading retailers on mobile technologies and customer loyalty.
- Based on campaign data and analytics, derives implications for your customers, but also new features and increase the leverage of your accounts.
- Manages and orchestrates ad campaigns to provide a unique experience to users and clients.
- Deep dives into our product, together with our engineers, at the intersection of business and tech.
Nice to Have
- Strong interest in mobile, startups, and apps, feeling related to our vision.
- Analytical mind with a sound understanding of statistics and an affinity for tech, or the ability to learn quickly.
- High customer orientation with strong interpersonal skills.
- 2+ years of relevant experience is a plus.
- Strong hands-on mentality, not afraid to roll your sleeves, and love to get things done and processes improved.
- Strong understanding of the retail industry, loyalty programs, drive-to-store & drive-to-web marketing, digital advertising, targeting, and underlying technology.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English (French, German or Dutch are a strong plus).
- Strong listening skills, empathy, and ability to convince.
- University degree (Bachelor/Master or equivalent) in Business Administration, Economics, Consumer Behaviour, or a related field.
