Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a talented Senior Brand Designer to lead our Brand Design team.
As a member of the design chapter, which currently includes a brand designer (
Julie) and 2 Product Designers (
Manon and
Julie), you will work closely with the marketing & communication teams in their various initiatives by bringing a creative vision, ensuring brand consistency and overall quality of materials(e)You will report and work with
Julien, Brand and Communication manager.
Your tasks:
- Make and grow WeMaintain's brand strategy in line with the business evolution
- Support the development of international teams by producing appropriate support materials
- Set the strategy for the scalability of internal and external communication tools
- Keep a design impact by being involved in the ideation and research phases of all projects
- Manage the brand designer team: recruit, grow and retain our amazing team
You are the right person if:
- You are both rigorous, autumnal and creative
- You know how to question and challenge the tasks entrusted to you
- You have several years of experience in design, as an art director or web designer
- You like to manage people and have a concern for team members’ success and wellbeing
- You have experience (personal or professional) in English
