TEAM and CONTEXTE
Feature Team Help Center: Our vision is to guide ManoMano users (sellers, customers) through an end-to-end tailored and unified support experience, easily and proactively providing the right information at the right time of their customer journey.
Our North Star Metric is the % of users reaching the right help with low effort every week.
We target any kind of users looking for support, which can be a MM customer or a seller.
Our product will also be used by sellers and CS agents, receiving qualified requests from customers(e)
Our users need to:
find the right help easily
have the autonomy to solve their problem
follow their open topics
The team is composed of a Product Manager, 3 FrontEnd developers and 3 BackEnd developers.

YOUR DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES ?
Design and develop features with a high quality standard
Deploy your code up to production and be involved in monitoring it

YOUR PROFILE
MUST HAVE ??
2+ years of experience as a Backend Developer.
At least one pro experience as a NodeJS Developer.
Good understanding of Javascript fundamentals and Typescript
Knowledge in Restful API & Queuing (RabbitMQ / Kafka ...)
Relational Databases SQL (MySQL, Postgres) / Database Migrations
Knowledge in Monitoring, Alerting
Working experience in Gitlab, JIRA and Slack
Unit Testing, Acceptance Testing, Integration Testing
NICE TO HAVE ✌️✌️
PHP 7/8, Symfony 4/5
Previous experience in AWS Cloud
Docker
Platforms as a Service (Kubernetes, ECS, Docker Swarm)
Performance (K6 Load Testing) / Databases optimizations
