We are now looking for a B2B CRM & Marketing Assistant, within the B2B Marketing team(e)You will help us accelerate our growth in France and UK by implementing ManoManoPro’s CRM campaigns (mail, SMS, push notifs, triggers) and animate our Pro user base(e)You will be reporting to the Senior Activation/Retention Manager B2B and will work cross-functionally with the marketing, studio, Catman and legal teams to meet our ambitious business targets. Your missions:
- Participate to develop the B2B marketing strategy throughout Pro customer life cycle : acquisition, activation, and retention
- Participate to multi-channel initiatives implementation “Reaching the right person with the right message at the right time" (website, email, SMS, triggers, mobile push...) in line with business targets
- Define and deploy dedicated local acquisition and activation initiatives with a multi-channel approach (website, email, SMS, triggers, mobile push...) to reach our business target
- Collaborate with the category managers and communication teams
- Create reports and analyze results of CRM activities to support teams and be able to propose and define key improvement points
- Competitive benchmark & recommendations to improve our main KPIs
Profile requirement:
- Master 1 or 2 from a Great Business School / Engineering School / other (or equivalent university education)
- Experience in marketing/CRM
- Creative / Innovative* Good digital culture
- English bilingual
- 100% customer oriented (or prefer customer centric)
- Data Driven
- Autonomous and adaptable (able to work in a constantly changing environment)
- Curious, open-minded and willing to learn
- Audacious and ingenious in your work
- Team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills
- You test and experiment new solutions in your work
- You are very rigorous in your work
- Desired rhythm of alternance: 3 weeks in the company / 1 week in training
