We have the ambition to become a European leader in DIY & gardening(e)To do this, we are looking for a category manager apprentice for France, who will support ManoMano in its growth by taking charge of the ecommerce experience, using a category approach, in order to make sure we propose the best catalog to our customers, in line with local specificities and expectations, easily accessible and described properly(e)As part of the category management team, you handle the catalog experience in your family and are responsible to present the right product assortment with the best buying experience(e)You manage the activity with a highly developed analytical and customer sense and demonstrate curiosity and great intellectual agility(e)You are able to collaborate closely with other teams(e)You will report to the senior category manager in charge of France.
Your missions are the following:
- Market and competition studies
- Analysis of product offering and identification of offer development opportunities (ranges, offer completeness)
- Participate in the production of market / brand innovation reviews
- Improvement of e-merchandising
- Monitoring of key performance indicators, analysis of traffic, usage & purchasing behavior to improve performance
Preferred experience:
- Bac +5 graduated from a Business School /or other (equivalent university education)
- Data driven and 100% customer-oriented
- Strong analytical skills, with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate
- Creative / Innovative
- Synthetic
- Good digital culture
- English language
- Autonomous and agile (able to work in a constantly changing environment)
- Team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills
- Nice to have: strong interest in DIY and/or Home Improvement
