About the role
You will join the Paris team to be the lead for the Ad Ops team in France(e)You will be responsible for the implementation of all stages of online advertising campaigns, and you will work on a wide range of campaigns (CPC, CPV campaigns…)
What you will be doing
- Programming, optimizing and monitoring campaigns on a daily basis to ensure a 100% delivery
- Creating and monitoring key KPIs
- Preparing performance reports and post campaigns analysis Identifying technical issues relating to campaign delivery and performance issues
- Act as the key point of contact for campaigns and recommendations for the French market
- You will be an adviser to internal clients : Sales and Client Success teams, but also for our brands clients for specific issues with a direct contact with them
- Manage a team of 4 people within Ad Ops
- Finally, you are responsible for the satisfaction of the customer's experience with Ogury
About you
- You 4 + years experience in Adtech/Programmatic industry, specifically within ad operations
- Previous management experience of Ad Ops professionals
- You are a master in analytical skills
- You are well versed in working with stakeholders in sales and marketing etc
- You are fluent in French and English
- You have previous management experience and are used to motivating and leading teams
- Master degree from a business school or an engineering school or university
