After building a team of diverse backgrounds and skill sets, raising €38.8 million, opening Paris, London and Singapore offices and been adopted by transport, office and residential real estate players, such as Allianz Real Estate, KeolisAmey Docklands (Operators of the DLR), WeWork, Savills and CBRE, we are accelerating our growth, and for that, we need you!

The finance team is growing at WeMaintain and to reach our goals, we are missing a key element: you! As a Accounting Manager, you will join our Finance team and you will report to Amin, our Financial Controller(e)Your role? To be in charge of the accounting at WeMaintain for France and for the UK(e)You will also have the opportunity to be closely involved in the internalisation of WeMaintain's accounting and the implementation of its new ERP.

There is a lot to do and we are looking for someone who is ready to move mountains!

Your main tasks:

Accounting and financial processes:
- Be responsible for general accounting : you will process bank, COGS, OPEX, payroll entries, tax entries, CAPEX in NetSuite
- Take over co-responsibility for preparation of monthly financial statements : with the financial controllers (FR and UK), review of the trial balance, posting of accruals, justify balance sheet accounts
- Hand in hand with external accounting firms, prepare annual financial statements
- Be a contact for the financial auditor
- Process supplier invoices and related cash payments including reconciliations and related journal entries in NetSuite
- Update the suppliers database in respect of French suppliers documentation obligations
- Prepare monthly value added tax (VAT) declarations, as well as Business Tax (CVAE) and CFE
- On a monthly basis and in co-responsibility with the People/HR Team, review all payroll costs
- Participate in the inventory count at year end
- Provide support on a need basis to Finance & People manager of WeMaintain’s business in Singapore

Key role in the growth of WeMaintain:
- Support the continuous development and optimization of accounting processes and platforms in cooperation with stakeholders
- Participate in many exciting ad hoc projects
- Contribute to the evolution of accounting processes and organisation to facilitate the growth of WeMaintain in France and globally

? You are the right person for us if:

- You are fluency in French and English
- You have at least 3 years previous relevant accounting experience
- You are advanced Skills in Excel and Google Sheet, previous experience with NetSuite is a plus but not a must (training will be provided)
- You have curiosity, optimism, achiever mindset & interested in start-up ecosystem
- You are organized, you know how to prioritize
- You like working in a team as well as operating on your own
- You have a strong analytical mind that allows you to identify and understand the problems, and proactively bring ideas to solve them

- You have already had similar experience in a fast growing company or a previous experience in an accountancy firm
- You have experience with ERP
