ROLE: Account Executive 

LOCATION: Mix of remote and client office in Paris

About the role: 

As an Account Executive, you will be based on-site, in the client’s office(e)You will ensure the successful delivery of premium international marketing communication in numerous languages. 

  • Experience: 
  • Ideally 2yrs experience in an agency environment. 
  • Good understanding and experience with digital, print and video production. 
  • Ideally you already have a first experience in Production/Transcreation and worked with multiple markets.  

 

  • Responsibilities: 
  • You will oversee day-to-day elements of the account, manage process, gather assets, support, and lead projects; PayPal is a transcreation and localisation account with a focus on digital production.  
  • Be the owner of small and medium sized production briefs. 
  • Manage the flow of projects through their various stages, taking briefs, creating timelines, schedules, resource planning, managing costs/budgets and delivering campaigns. 
  • Supporting the team (primarily AM) with day-to-day tasks, including general admin where required and playing a pivotal part in the running, growth, and development of the account. 
  • Ensuring your team and clients are happy and always supported. 
  • Being responsive to clients/management demands. 
  • Building relationships with key colleagues at OLIVER HUB + client teams. 

 

  • Financial tracking:  
  • Assisting the team with financial admin and reporting

 Personal skills: 

  • You are keen to learn and to progress. 
  • Localisation & Adaptation background ideally, across Digital, Print and TV, with a good understanding of Transcreation. 
  • A great team-player with excellent interpersonal/communication skills with the ability to problem-solve proactively and deal with multiple priorities. 
  • Remain calm under pressure + juggle multiple campaigns at a time.  
  • Able to accommodate/push back, be firm but fair. 
  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail. 
  • Strong analytical, numerical and admin skills.
