? Mission

As part of Sunday's Website & Conversion Optimisation team, as a website CRO manager you will own conversion rate optimisation projects from initial concept to launch to boost our lead generation machine. 

This implies coordinating stakeholders (content, marketing and dev teams) through the entire web design and development process, monitoring website KPIs and optimizing conversion rate through better landing pages and online lead forms. 

Since your role is global, you'll work with all the countries we operate in (currently France, UK, Spain, US & Canada).

? Tasks 

Your day-to-day tasks will consist of:

  • Design and prioritize website user stories / wireframes tailored to business goals and vision in strong collaboration with other key global and local key stakeholders (e.g(e)content, SEO and marketing teams).
  • Lead day-to-day project tasks and communication with internal teams and external dev / UX agencies and keep projects on budget and on-time.
  • Continuously manage and review web integration quality to ensure it meets business, UX and tech requirements (e.g(e)SEO, Lighthouse / Site Speed score, event tracking).
  • Monitor KPIs (e.g(e)conversion rate) by building automated dashboards and provide data driven insights to acquisition and dev teams.
  • Build and test landing pages & forms leveraging in-page analytics and iterative CRO / AB testing methodologies.

? Requirements

  • Hard skills
    • 3+ years of hands-on experience on UX / web project management -- You have experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and are “bilingual” with the ability to translate marketing needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
    • Mastery of best-in-class CRO tools -- You have a strong track record with site-centric development and measurement tools: 
      • Wireframing -- Figma & Sketch.
      • CMS and Landing Page Builders -- Wordpress, Instapage, HTML & CSS.
      • Measurement tools -- Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics & Google Data Studio.
      • AB testing / CRO tools -- Hotjar, FullStory, Google Optimize, Unbounce & Optimizely.
    • Strong understanding of growth and digital marketing tactics and strategy -- You never miss the latest digital trends and growth best practices especially related to B2B lead generation and B2C user acquisition.
    • Proficiency in English -- You have excellent English written & verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
