We're looking for a UX Researcher to join our design & research team.
Talend forges the tools necessary for data professionals to transform and move data from one place to another, while democratizing data access across the enterprise.
Our research covers the expanding user space of those who transform the data to those who consume it.
As the third member of the UX Research team, you will help lay the foundations of UX Research in a stimulating environment(e)You will be welcome to work from our offices in Nantes or in Paris(e)Or to work remotely from your home office in France, Germany or the UK.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with the UX Research Lead on large-scale research studies
- Conducting usability studies, from problem definition and study design to execution and reporting
- Crafting and delivering reports and verbal presentations that will ground our design decisions in behavioral insights
- Involving product designers and product managers in analysing usability findings and prioritizing issues
- Enabling our product designers and product managers to conduct small-scale usability studies and validation research
- Actively contributing to our research infrastructure (2-room usability lab, recruitment panel and research repository)
- Advocating for the users across the organization
Skills and experiences:
- Experience in planning, executing and reporting usability or behavioral research
- Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Social Sciences, Ergonomics or equivalent working experience
- Fluency in English to interact with our international user base
- Exposure to enterprise software and B2B contexts is a plus
- Fluency in French is a plus
