The Quality Team at Contentsquare is a multi-functional team comprising of Quality & UAT Engineers who works across the techno-functional perimeter.
The main responsibility of a UAT engineer is to make sure the application is fully working and fits the end user business needs and expectations.
In addition to working with the other members of the R&D team, the UATs work closely with the other stakeholders like product management, customer success managers, support, marketing etc(e)UATs help to build a safety net for Contentsquare’s solution while continuing to propagate best practices in the company.
Job Description:
As a UAT Engineer, your main job will be to ensure that the solution we are providing to our customers meets their needs and providing a good experience(e)You will have to know and understand the business needs and how the system works end to end.
You will design, formalize and execute the acceptance tests which are required for the validation of the entire system and run them as you were a real customer.
Responsibilities:
Learn how the Contentsquare solution works and get Contentsquare certified.
Own the UAT process, implementing user acceptance best practices and improving the existing ones.
Work closely with various stakeholders like product and project managers, designers, support and quality engineers to make sure a good experience is provided to our customers.
Review product functional requirements and design documents.
Create and execute UAT test plans that simulate real customer behavior using our test management tool.
Escalate issues encounter during the testing.
Provide a final GO before delivering to production.
Analyze and investigate production incidences.
Required:
Minimum 3 years of work experience in one or more of the following: QA engineer, UAT engineer, Customer success or similar position in a web environment (SaaS platform, front-end web applications).
Previous experience working with web applications across multiple environments (Windows, Mac, Linux).
Experience with E2E validation of complex system.
Experience interacting with a variety of stakeholders (technical and functional) involved in the projects.
Ability to understand complex analytics platform.
Preferred:
Experience of testing web applications.
Experience working with test management tools.
Experience in fast pace release processes.
Working with UX designers.
Some experience with test automation.
Competencies:

Good communication skills, positive attitude.
Ability to work under pressure.
Multi-tasking abilities and time management skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, follow the deadlines and have a never give up attitude.
Creative thinker, open-minded, self learner.
Fluent English.
