The opportunity
The perfect car, at the perfect time, and zero defects(e)This is the Virtuo experience that we aim for in the Product department.
We deal though with a huge functional landscape: customer and expert Apps and Websites, B2B portal, Back-office (fleet, expert, and user management), or even API integration with partners like Kayak, CityMapper, and Expedia.
We wish to recruit a Technical Support L2 to help us achieve our zero-defect objective(e)In direct contact with Customer Service, your role will be to gather bugs, analyze issues and find solutions and coordinate their resolution.

? Your missions :
- Own and improve the incident qualification process
- Communicate regularly with the Customer Service, Operations or Stakeholders about issues
- Perform a deep analysis by leveraging our internal tools (Back-Office, logs, monitoring)
- Coordinate and support the technical teams to solve bugs
- Communicate quality KPIs to the Product team and Stakeholders
- Become the main point of contact for all teams
- Improve the CSAT and make sure we deliver the best experience to our users

? You are the ideal candidate if you:
- Have completed your studies in Engineering School (Bac+5 or Master's degree)
- Skilled with databases (Mongo), monitoring platforms (NewRelic, Grafana)
- Productivity nerd: inbox 0 and keyboard shortcuts should be a second nature
- Rigorous, curious, and autonomous
- Communication skills in English and French
