🔑 The opportunity
As the Strategic Planning and Pricing Analyst, you will be responsible for executing strategic initiatives to optimize fleet utilization, reduce operational friction, maximize rental prices and contribute to achieving our broader revenue and budgetary goals.
🎯 Your missions:
FLEET UTILIZATION AND PLANNING
Fleet Utilization Optimization:
Collaborate with local fleet and procurement teams to implement short-term strategies, continuously adjusting the fleet size and allocation for optimal utilization.
Develop and implement intracity strategies for fleet rebalancing, maximizing utilization during peak periods.
Mid and Long-term Fleet Planning:
Analyze performances to identify and address inefficient fleet allocations
Define comprehensive fleet plans per city, considering factors like lifecycle management and model mix restrictions.
Operational Friction Reduction:
Identify and resolve operational issues promptly to increase maximum utilization rates.
Propose product enhancements aimed at streamlining operations and improving fleet utilization.
REVENUE MAXIMIZATION :
Develop and implement strategies to achieve price budget targets
Ensure efficient implementation of rental price increases for targeted bookings segments
Collaborate with Data and Tech team to continuously enhance the pricing engine
Collaborate with the data team to strengthen Elasticity assumptions.
BUDGET FORECASTING AND MONITORING :
Challenge Rental Revenue targets based on fleet and pricing variations, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
Build monthly competitive intelligence reports on pricing patterns to adapt strategies accordingly
Keep track of weekly and monthly revenue KPIs (RPD, UR, RPFD, Booking mix…) to communicate to leadership

You are fluent in both French and English
You have a previous experience in an analytical role
Business & Analytics mindset :
- You are very analytical, you like solving complex quantitative problems.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate analytical insights into actionable strategies and concrete business actions(e)
- You are business oriented: beyond the numbers, you understand the business implications and want to make a tangible impact.
-Proficiency in data analysis, Looker and Excel modelling to solve complex quantitative problems (Knowledge of SQL is a plus)
Effective communication and collaboration skills, enabling you to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving results.
