The opportunity
You will be responsible for the design, implementation and continuous improvement of Virtuo’s fleet processes as the company scales globally(e)In this role, you will work cross-functionally to develop processes and tools for global fleet management that drive efficiency and cost control(e)You should enjoy developing simple solutions to complex problems, have experience working with product teams and be able to build trust with a wide range of stakeholders.
🎯 Your missions:
Build the best processes and tools for our fleet operations to scale sustainably
- Own the design and continuous improvement of fleet operations processes, developing global standards and benchmarking.
- Developing new mechanisms and tools to support high quality fleet management across all Virtuo’s markets to optimize for utilization.
- Work with technology teams and product managers to develop new tools and systems to support scalability of existing processes.
Developing fleet management best practices globally to drive standardization and cost efficiency
- Run cross-functional workshops on the big battles that will drive fleet optimization.
- Build strong partnership with operations field leaders to identify impact of new business initiatives and successfully integrate and deploy them in market.
- Supporting the operations with insight and analysis into customer and partner trends (vehicle popularity, garage performance trends etc) to guide data-driven decision making
- Understand the interdependencies of the business problems you help solve (e.g., customer requirements, process limitations, legal or compliance requirements).

- You have hands-on experience leading an operation and/or leading operational strategy(e)Experience across multiple geographies is a plus.
- You have experience collaborating with product teams driving automation and tooling improvements.

- You are willing to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary (owner mentality).
- Strong change management and implementation experience, including a demonstrated ability to engage effectively with high levels of management.
- An over-communicator who has strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate, present, and debate recommendations at all levels of the business.
- Qualifications in project management or Lean Six Sigma are desirable.
