?YOUR ROLE WILL BE :
Hivebrite is looking for a Technical Product Owner that will join a growing tribe of 20 engineers working on transversal topics (engineering tools, architecture, infrastructure, platform)(e)
We need help to manage the huge demand from internal stakeholders for tools, guidelines and libraries to support all steps of development(e)The role consists in being a Scrum PO, but for a very technical area and with engineers as clients.
We are looking for a Senior Developer willing to work as a PO or a senior PO with a strong technical background who will ensure a good prioritization and communication of the squad roadmap(e)You’ll translate ideas into strategy and features and follow product development from start to finish.
?YOUR MISSION WILL BE:
Collect and analyse feedback from stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and products
Gathering and prioritising requirements relative to a technical area
Manage a timeline and scope, aligning stakeholders around the vision for the technical area
Have an eye for quality assurance and ability to manage risks
Ensure product increments reach production in the best conditions
Communicate changes to cross functional teams
Work with a squad of 4-5 developers, along with a senior development lead
Develop the roadmap in line with the overall product vision and strategy
Maintain backlog, epics/user stories
?YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF YOU:
have a proven experience (+3y) as a Product Owner on technical area OR a Senior developer (5+) willing to work as a Product Owner
have experience in product lifecycle management
are familiar with Agile framework (Scrum) and tools (Jira is a plus)
have organisational and leadership abilities
have excellent communication skills in English (French is a plus)
have problem-solving aptitude and pragmatic approach
have experience defining and validating minimum viable modules/features, working in iterative mode
have strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
have a global understanding of technical architecture and development processes (CICD, git flows...)
