🌟 YOUR ROLE WILL BE
- As part of the Hivebrite Leadership, you will work closely with Hivebrite’s executive leaders to define and develop key business insights, drive scalable growth strategies, and help support the execution of these plans.
- You know what working in a scale-up means, you are able to work with other departments (as well as strategic customers) to maximize retention & revenues… and very importantly, you fit with our culture & values(e)
🌟 YOUR MISSION WILL BE
- Coach and lead our product team (7 product managers and 4 designers).
- Work alongside with the engineering team and the others stack holders, to define new features and align with the market needs.
- Communicate product vision and strategy across our organization.
- Structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives by gathering and synthesizing relevant data to be able to balance short-term tactical and long-term strategic goals.
- Work with technical stakeholders to discuss and influence topics like API policies, technical integration requirements and limitations, etc.
- Build up an in-depth understanding of our target customer segments and their needs through data driven decision.
🌟 YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF
- Solid experience creating/advancing B2B/B2B2C SaaS ideally of product or service for medium and large businesses and Enterprises
- Excellent relation-building skills and communicate/collaborate effectively internally with the product team and externally(e)
- Experience in a high-tech startup during a similar growth stage.
- An experience with Enterprise Product and Customer facing.
- Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as product management, engineering, UX/UI, sales, customer support, or marketing for an enterprise product.
- An experience in an international environment (company and client base wise), be fluent in English 🇺🇸 and French 🇫🇷.
