🌟YOUR ROLE WILL BE :
As a Senior Product Designer you will join the Evolution Tribe and work on improving and ensuring quality and consistency across key modules that Hivebrite offers to admins to set up their community for success.
You will work on a diverse array of modules, from monetisation modules like donations and memberships, to content and engagement modules like forums and jobs.
You will be involved in the entire product development process and take ownership of the product features you work on.
What have we been up to so far?
Over the past 2 years, the design team at Hivebrite has been busy building a design system and deploying it across all modules in the front office (the user interface for our end-users)(e)All of this while continuing to build new features and tools for our admins and end users of course ;)
This foundational work has diminished technical debt, contributed to making our front office accessible (WCAG level AA) and provided us with a powerful toolbox of reusable components that allow us to scale and improve our product in a transversal way.
We are now focusing on leveling up the maturity and functionality level across our numerous modules to ensure that our clients communities will be successful.

🌟YOUR MISSION WILL BE:
- You will partner with POs, engineers to deliver product features from conception to launch
- You are able to drive a project from UX to UI You are a strong user advocate
- You will lead user tests when needed in order to validate your designs
- You will contribute and use our design systemYou will QA developments against the design defined in the design phase
- You can articulate and present your designs to the team
- You make sure that your designs meet accessibility compliance standards
- You can think in a systematic way and keep the big picture in mind while making design decisions
🌟YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF:
- You have 5+ years of experience on a similar role
- You have experience designing and shipping digital products (not just websites)
- You are used to working on a fast paced environment and can work in multiple projects at the same time
- You are comfortable working with Sketch and Invision or other prototyping tools
- You have experience working with design systems and reusable componentsYou speak fluent English
- Nice to have: Extensive knowledge of accessibility requirements are a plus and UX research experience
