Come join Icertis’ Partner sales team as Tech Partner Sales Director, one of the most exciting areas of our business focused on our technology partnerships with Microsoft, Salesforce and SAP(e)

The Partner Team at Icertis is responsible for working with partner and Icertis sellers to build pipeline, drive revenue, grow market share and help increase deployments in our enterprise and upper mid-market accounts(e) The Tech Partner Sales Director role is critical to working closely with the field sales teams and in leveraging the vast partner ecosystem resources(e)Icertis is in search of high performing individuals to play a major part in driving co-sell revenue and aligning our partner’s sales process and Icertis sales process in assigned sales territories.

This position is based out of France.

This is an Individual Contributor role.

Responsibilities

  • Own partner sales and opportunity alignment responsibility for managing Technology Partner in the aligned sales region France, Benelux and South of Europe.
  • Responsible for win objectives across the territory in terms of revenue, relationship management and net new customer acquisition.
  • Determine strategic partner account targets and effectively work with the field sales teams in planning and execution of sales opportunities jointly with our technology partner(e) 
  • Educate and enable partner sales teams on Icertis solution capabilities to help drive lead generation and joint sales(e)
  • Ensure all partner resources are fully leveraged, i.e., business investments, marketing, etc(e) 
  • Effectively manage partner business reviews with partner and Icertis Executives in your region. 

Skills & Qualifications

  • French business fluent to native speaker level, excellent English verbal and written communication skills; Italian or Spanish would be a plus.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in one or more of the following areas: Sales, partner led joint sales, and Partner field executive relationship building(e) Strong Microsoft and SAP ecosystem selling experience preferred.
  • Strong grasp of solution and value-based selling preferably from experience gained from working in the enterprise business applications space(e)
  • Superior oral/written communication and listening skills.
  • Strong teamwork skills are also required to successfully work in a matrixed environment(e)
  • 10+ years software product industry and sales experience(e)
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience, MBA a plus, working experience with large partner field organization especially with Microsoft field is a BIG plus
  • Excellent listening, communication, presentation, problem solving, and time management skills with a record of sound business logic
  • Enthusiasm, energy, creativity, and drive.  Proven self-starter with a deep sense of urgency to drive smart actions and outcomes
  • Willingness to travel as needed (20-40%).
