You will join Pennylane's TA team (12 TAM) and will be responsible for finding the right people for the Sales, Marketing and CSM departments, to sustain our growth(e)
You will take real responsibilities on your perimeter and implement the most adapted recruitment strategy(e)Your expertise will be key to the success of the project(e)

? The challenge
- Lead the full recruitment process for the Business & Operations scope with the support of your manager and team members
- Improve our talent pool management
- Accompany and advise hiring managers all along the the recruitment process
- Ensure an amazing candidate experience
- Communicate through reports (data...) in order to improve our recruitment process & performance
- Challenge our existing recruitment process in a way of continuous improvement
- Lead and participate in various projects: events, referral program, ATS processes, hiring process, candidate experience, recruitment tools…

?You’re the right candidate if…
- At least 2 years experience hiring Sales, Customer Relations, Marketing, Partnerships roles with a passion for building high-performing teams
- Optimistic mindset, you are not afraid of problems but you bring solutions to the table as well
- Eager to learn and ready to collaborate with various teams, hiring managers, and coworkers
- Outstanding writing and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English is a big plus

- Second round with Maxime, Head of TA (30 min)
- Case study with Marine, VP People, and Maxime (1 hour)
- Last round with one of the co-founders (30 min)
