Responsibilities:
Ensure all social media assets and campaigns deliver against our briefs, with clear objectives & key messages
Be responsible for scheduling content across all our existing social channels and coordinating all content produced by our social media agency
Develop new strategies for increasing follower growth, including via influencers outreach and brand partnerships
Work with the creative team to produce eye-catching designs on social media
Responsible for tracking, reporting, and monitoring social platform analytics both at local and global levels
Liaise with all teams across the business to organise the monthly editorial calendar: restaurant marketing, promotions, sales, PR and comms
What we are looking for:
Experience needed in social media strategy, and engagement with platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter(e)Twitch and Tik Tok experience would be a plus.
A portfolio of work that demonstrates versatility, creative thinking, and strategic messaging
Confidence in your ability to juggle multiple assignments in a fast-moving workplace
Solid understanding and enthusiasm for all things social, including promotions, analytics, best practices, etc.
Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills
Self starter with an outstanding ability to think creatively, and identify and resolve problems
Experience in paid social and sponsored posts is a plus
Fluent in English (verbal and written) is mandatory
