As part of the acquisition team of 12+ talented people (and growing!), the SEO Manager will fuel the day-to-day growth and optimization of the SEO channel to increase conversion in our 4 BtoB markets (and in 5 languages!): France, Germany, Spain, Italy.
Led by
Karim (our SEO Lead), the Growth Acquisition team partners mainly with SEO local copywriters, the website team as well as product marketing managers.
???? As an SEO Manager at Qonto, you will:
• Analyse keyword research, search trends and benchmark of competitors to identify opportunities for growing our organic market shares and increase conversions.
• Co-create complete SEO content briefings for copywriters and for net linking campaigns.
• Collaborate in the creation and update of monthly and quarterly reports to assess our SEO performances and provide meaningful analyses and insights.
• Provide internal training, specifications or support to spread our SEO guidelines into the larger Qonto strategy and projects.
?About You
• Experience: You have at least one previous experience in an SEO agency or as an SEO project manager for a lead generation site (full-time or apprenticeship)(e)You are familiar with Digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog SEO, SEM Rush.
• Project Management: You are experienced in running several projects with multiple stakeholders across different markets.
• Strong attention to detail: You are rigorous and aim for quality.
• Analytical mind: You are not afraid to go deep into analytics and take into consideration the particularities of each international market to understand the underlying causes of an emerging trend.
• Languages: You speak English fluently(e)French, Italian, German or Spanish would be a plus.
• Education: You have a Master degree or equivalent.
