As an Events Manager 🇫🇷, you will lead the organisation of relevant and impactful external events (conferences, trade shows, webinars...) that directly support the local strategy and business initiatives.

You will directly report to Antoine, our Senior Lead Marketing France, and will work closely on a daily basis with the local Sales and Partnerships teams on the one hand, and central Marketing, Acquisition, Revenue and Design teams on the other hand.

👩‍💻🧑‍💻As an Events Manager 🇫🇷, you will
Lead the events strategy for the French market, being responsible of identifying relevant third-party events to participate in, as well as organising Qonto's proprietary events;
Own the events organisation from A to Z with a 360° view, leveraging the right resources internally (spokespeople, brand, content, CRM, social media...) and/or externally (suppliers, media amplification...);
Be responsible for the overall organisation process from planning (scoping, budgeting, KPIs...), to execution (retro planning, production...) and success analysis (reach, engagement, acquisition...);
Think out of the box to always bring innovative ideas that make Qonto shine across all its events.
Set standards and processes to ensure quality and success, and ability to scale rapidly.

🤝 About your future manager
Your manager will be our Senior Lead Marketing France, Antoine Ducrocq.
Their background: After almost 10 years within the AdTech industry at Criteo and Teads, Antoine decided to challenge himself and move to the FinTech industry in May 2022 after following Qonto’s development for several years;
What they can bring to you: Antoine has an overall experience in the marketing sector - including the organization of very impactful events - and can share a lot from his experience working in leading large companies in the FrenchTech.

Experience: You already have a proven experience of developing, executing and scaling ambitious and impactful events strategies(e)Ideally, you already have a first experience in managing a small team of events experts.
Business mindset: You have a real business mindset and can translate local business objectives into relevant events initiatives.
Operational mindset: You have a hands-on mindset and are not afraid of operational tasks.
Communication skills: You are socially confident and comfortable developing relationship with external partners.
Data driven: You are able to make decisions based on reliable data and challenge your stakeholders, based on specific KPIs. 
Languages: You speak both French and English fluently.

💪 Our hiring process:

- A 60 min video call with one of our Talent Acquisition Managers, to better understand your career plan and answer any questions you may have
- A 60 min video call with your future manager, to be aligned on expectations on both sides and to talk about how you would work together
- A remote exercise to evaluate your skills and give you a taste of what working Qonto could be like
- Video calls or onsite interviews with future team members (optional) to help you understand what working at Qonto is like
- A final video call or onsite interview with the manager of your future Department
