We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter on a 6 month contract based in France (Nantes/Suresnes) or in Germany (Bonn) or Remote.
This is a unique opportunity to get in early with a high growth technology company in a very impactful Talent Acquisition role(e)You will be playing a vital role in helping to attract and hire the best talent across EMEA.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting process for the assigned requisitions
- Act as a Strategic and Trusted Talent Advisor to our Engineering Leaders to execute on hiring goals and targets
- Identify and engage talent by leveraging various sourcing strategies and channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, Tech Forums
- Constantly improve recruiting processes and help drive organizational change in your client group
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate and hiring manager experience
- Tracking and reporting of recruitment pipeline for all positions
Skills and experience:
- Strong background in recruiting for complex technical positions within Software industry
- Experience in Active Sourcing of different high in demand tech profiles (SRE/Devops Engineers, Java/Scala Backend Developers, QA Engineers, Product Managers...)
- You feel comfortable with our current tech stack: various cloud technologies, Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, Java, Scala, Spark
- Strong relationship builder with Hiring Managers, candidates, colleagues alike
- You have a clear understanding of the French software technical R&D talent market conditions and know the requirements to hire in those markets (i.e(e)driving forces, legal & compliance issues, and market compensation)
- Candidate experience is incredibly important to you
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in French and English
- You thrive in a start-up culture and adapt to the changing needs of the business as we scale.
